This weeks free download is a funk beat recorded by Mark.  The beat has a tricky independance factor to it.  The ride pattern is a quaver followed by 2 semiquavers with your left foot playing constant quavers on the hi hat.  Also watch out for the ghost notes on the snare.

With a big powerful fill at the start we didn't know what to call it so the name comes from a cross between metal and funk.  Please keep checking for the notation.  Please let us know what you think.
