We ensure every product is made to meet your high standard and expectation. Our priority is to get the product(s) delivered right to your door how you would expect it/them. Drumming Solutions Ltd guarantees you that every product is up to the high standard you expect when we deliver it to the post office. However any Drumming Solutions product(s) ceases to be the responsibility of Drumming Solutions Ltd at the point of delivery to the Post Office. Products can be lost or damaged while in the process of being posted. Insurance is free up to the value of £36, (which covers the value of up to two books). If your order exceeds £36, Drumming Solutions recommends you taking out insurance which can be added to the price when ordering your product(s).
If the product fails to meet your high expectation on delivery send it back to us and we will happily refund or replace the product(s). If you fail to receive the product(s) let us know by contacting us on admin@drummingsolutions.co.uk and we will do our best to track it down. If the product(s) becomes lost we will happily replace it.
